Googling didn’t help.
The local supermarket has only aluminium grill pans but on the internet I see much praise for the iron ones.
And I recall hearing something about aluminium not being healthy…
I want to make sure I take a good choice, as I plan to use it a lot. Let’s see what I discover.
EDIT:
Issue solved, thanks to Cooks illustrated. Read what they have to say, it was what I was looking for in terms of quality:

In terms of material health, I found this very nice article:

Also health related, about the dangers of aluminium cookware:

And finally, for further reading:

… 1 week later …
So I went for a 30Euros relatively small grill pan (about 50 $ ?). It is made from aluminium, but has an extra coating to protect the aluminium shell from getting penetrated.
My grill pan saves the day( every day I have some raw meat in the fridge). I tried salmon, chicken and other unidentified fish. All cooked good, without oil(well, I added just a little bit, directly on the meat). The cleaning takes 30 seconds, nothing ever sticked on the pan.

… has helped me. To me, an ice cream or a juicy pork steak are just not interesting. Or a cigarette( is that food?).
This is a habit I developed and cultivated in time. Reading information from various places and trying it. And sticking to it, no matter the temptations or other’s opinions.
Many years ago I was paying several visits a year to different cardiologists. I was suspect of a heart disease and doctors were contradicting each other. In the last five years all doctors said the same thing: “You are perfectly healthy“. The last doctor I saw, for a routine check, told me “I don’t know what you’re doing, but it must be really good. You have the heart beat of a professional athlete“. His words were the perfect result of all my efforts.
I am not going to say what food to eat. I encourage you to search for yourself what suits you best. Stay away from instant gratification advertisement. You are not going to get healthy or slim in a week. Not even a month. It’s not going to happen. You will experience frustration when all the others are “enojoying their life” and eating whatever comes their way. Stick to it. Five years from now you will have a slick smile on your healthy face, while they will have a big belly and a fat ass.
Eating healthy food is one of the keys of living long and happy. There are others - like exercising regularly. Another crucial one is having a healthy social life.

Learn to prevent gums diseases, gums infection or other gums problems.
If you reached this page because you already have non minor gum problems, please consult your doctor. Only a live consult can determine for sure the source of your gums problems.
Everybody knows how to brush their teeth. Few people know that you should brush your gums also. When brushing your teeth, you should extend the movement of the hand, to reach the gums also. This is the simplest way of preventing gum diseases, gums infections and other gums problems.
Sometimes, when you brush, your gums will bleed. No worries, that blood is bad blood( according to my dentist) and it’s good to come out. Keep brushing.
Try to brush under the tongue, up above the tongue. Brush as much surface as you can.
Ofcourse, extremes are bad. So don’t brush your teeth/ gums too energically. Or don’t try to brush your throat.
